In China,the possibility of the accident that the citizens got shot by gun is greatly reduced due to strict gun control.At the same time,most of the attacks on citizens are from knives.It requires more layers to resist the puncture of the knife by pure resin treated fabric composites,besides affecting the flexibility of the stab-resistant material and the comfort of the wearer;The stab-resistant performance of the shear thickening fluid treated fabric composites is only significantly improved for the puncture of the spike,while the puncture of the knife provides only limited improvement.Therefore,the exploitation of a new type of stab-resistant composites has become a hot spot today.In this thesis,the quantitative dynamic stab-resistant test of different stacking numbers was carried out on three kinds of pure fabrics of Kevlar,high-strength polyester and UHMWPE with the same areal density;Then,the three kinds of fabrics were dry coated with WPU as the matrix,and the influence of the yarn tightness was investigated by single yarn pulling out test;After WPU composites with nano-SiO2and nano-SiC of different mass fraction were prepared and composited with three kinds of fabrics.Through the quasi-static stab-resistant test,the effect of nanoparticles on the stab-resistant performance of WPU treated fabric composites was researched,and the optimal preparation process of stab-resistant composites was obtained.Finally,quantitative dynamic stab-resistant test was carried out on the stab-resistant composites prepared by the best process.According to the stab-resistant mechanism of pure fabric and composites,a new type of stab-resistant composites with optimal aspects was prepared by optimizing the stab-resistant structure.The main conclusions are as follows:?1?The composite with nanoparticles in WPU can significantly enhance the stab-resistant performance of WPU treated fabric composites.Among them,the improvement of stab-resistant performance of composite with nano-SiC is greater than composite with nano-SiO2,and with the increase of nano-SiC mass fraction,its stab-resistant performance increases first and then decreases.When the mass fraction of nano-SiC in WPU is 3%,the stab-resistant performance of composites is the best.?2?After the three pure fabrics of UHMWPE,Kevlar and high-strength polyester were combined with WPU of 3%nano-SiC mass fraction,the dynamic stab-resistant performance of Kevlar composites was the best,UHMWPE composites was the second,and the high-strength polyester composites was the worst.In the case of meeting the GA 68-2008 stab-resistant standard,the Kevlar composites has 21 layers,an areal density of 8.12 kg/m2,and a thickness of 8.19 mm.?3?Through the optimization of stab-resistant structure,it is found that the new Stab-resistant composites with 4 layers pure high-strength polyester fabric+14layers of 3%nano-SiC mass fraction of WPU treated Kevlar composites+4 layers pure high-strength polyester fabric has the best performance in all aspects.It has an areal density of only 7.33 kg/m2 and a thickness of 8.82 mm,while meeting the GA68-2008 stab-resistant standard.There are 25 figures,20 tables,73 references in the paper.
