Micro-arc oxide technology is a rising machining technique of metal surface, it introduces high voltage to the electrolyte, combined with the electrical discharge, electrical chemistry, plasma chemistry and heat chemistry. The produced membranous layer is firmly connected to the base body. It has high hardness, high abradability. It has been widely used in many field, for example national defence, aviation, aerospace, machinery, medical , electronic and so on.Firstly, this thesis introduced the principle and present research status of micro-arc oxidation technology. This thesis also introduced the characteristics of digital signal processor TMS320LF2407A, detailed introduced the principle of SVPWM and the technology to realize SVPWM using TMS320LF2407A. The design scheme of power supply using SVPWM based on DSP control. The main circuit chooses the AC-DC-AC-DC structure and we choose the TMS320LF2407A as control chip. It simplifies the software design work and can easily realize the SVPWM.The main circuit is consist of input rectifier filter circuit,inverse regulating circuit, output rectifier filter circuit and polarity transfer machining circuit. This thesis simply introduced the design of main circuit,the selection of chips and calculation of parameters. The control circuit using SVPWM to control the output, it means to control the conduct time to realize the inverse regulating voltage. The system program use turbC which is easy to develop and transformation. In the debug period of the circuit, the program runs reliably and reaches the design quest.By debugging the circuit, the primary experiment results was obtained .The related datum and circuit waveform was given. The application of SVPWM in the micro-arc oxidation was analyzed. And the existing problems in the experiment were studied and the solution was given. It is useful to furthermore study the micro-arc oxidation power supply.
