In the special steel smelting industry,electromagnetic stirring technology is the key technology to improve the quality of the casting material.As the key equipment to control the electromagnetic stirrer,the inverter control technology has become a hot topic for experts and scholars at home and abroad.In this paper,the current output balance of the inverter of the electromagnetic stirring control system is studied.1.In this paper,the research status of electromagnetic stirring control system is reviewed,and the application status of power electronic conversion technology of electromagnetic stirrer is emphasized.Starting from the principle and mathematical model of inverter power supply,this paper analyzes the working principle of electromagnetic stirrer and derives its equivalent circuit.The mathematical model and topological structure of two-phase orthogonal inverter and three-phase rectifier circuit as well as the mathematical model of inverter power supply are derived in detail.It includes two different mathematical models of low frequency and high frequency.2.In view of the end effect of the electromagnetic stirrer in the direction of the magnetic field movement,after the voltage is loaded,the load of each phase is unbalanced,and the current of each phase is unbalanced.A current closed-loop control method based on the finite iterative set is proposed,which eliminates the PR tuning link of current error tracking in the traditional current closed-loop.By discretizing the feedback current,the initial current error is discretized into a set of finite current error values,and the best compensation error value is found out from the set of finite current error through the screening of cost function.The simulation platform of Rectifier Controller System Based on SVPWM control method is built to verify the accuracy of the proposed method.3.Using DSP chip TMS320F2812 as the main controller,combined with a two-phase quadrature inverter designed by the project for verification,the proposed theory is further verified by analysis of experimental results.By summarizing the full text,the theory presented in this paper provides a solid foundation for the design of two-phase quadrature inverters.
