The Study Of Small Flux Wellhead Pumping Well System

This article analysised the state of application and developing direction in national well pumping unit,pumping rod and oil well pump by some investigation for conventional pump unit.It begined from dealing with the unsuitable peoperty that conventional pumping well system is applied to small flux well. The purpose was that diminished manpower's work ,decreased maintenance cost, reduced energy consumption and one time investment. Presented that wellhead pumping unit applies on the ground, and take the project that light-flex sucker rod matches to rod oil pump. Intruduced the mechanism and principle of wellhead pump system in this article, analysised the movement regulation of langding top of the wellhead pump system, and the state of received strength as the ground equipment is working, and the shocking damp factor of the steel cable sucker rod ,debated the question that oil well pump increased the stroke.Model test illustrated: the principle of wellhead pump system was correct as a new equipment ; the ground driving device could round trip for flexible sucker rod and the downhole rod pump, and operating process was feasible.It made the landing top's strength to decrease to use small diameter flexible rod, electrical parameter changed stabilitily, load wave amplitude decreased, the onloading power of beam unit was cut down, maintenance cost fell, and could energy-saving and decrease-loss. Studied pumping well system in this article, the intermediate power transmission parts uesed flexible rod, the downhole assembled rod pump, the ground driving device would transform up and down reciprocating motion into rotating motion. With own mechanism rounded trip for the downhole flexible rod and pump. Wellhead polished rod changed common stell for flexible polished rod. It was a innovation in theory study and craftwork method. It was a remarkable feature in this article, because these innovations were not studied and attempted for prehuman.The studied theory and craftwork method brought forward some new theories and methods for studing and designing of the latter small flux pumping well system.
