At present, it is serious to the system energy consumption of suck-rod pumping unit, and universally low to the efficiency to it. The suck-rod pumping unit owns the big proportion of mechanical oil recovery.Researching system efficiency in detail and discovering energy consumption and studying how to raising sysytem efficiency has become one of important reserch subject that can reduse the cost and realise oil production with high efficiency.Aim at the low system efficiency universally .this thesis analys the component of system efficiency and rebuilt some new mathematics module about subsystem of suck-rod pumping unit and various load .It also can calculate the efficiency and energy consumption of subsystem acording to the equipment structural parameter and reservoir parameter. And we can gained the reasonable scheme acording to the solution of optimized results.Base on optimized aim about output and system efficicency,this mathematic model can gained objective output and higher system efficencyjn the scope of reasonable pumping efficiency.This thesis consider that suck-rod pumping unit is made of useful work.electromotor loss power,gearbox loss power,triangle strap loss power,four bor linkage loss power.packing box loss power,contact glide loss power within rod and tube ,viscous loss power, inflated dissolve gas loss power. And polished rod load is made of unchanged load,inertia load,vibrancy load,friction load.base on the resulting of the four load to polished rod load ,it can be conclude the swab condition of this oil tract.Having applied Visual Basic & MraatrixVB 4.5 ,i program the two softwares about computing sucker-rod pumping rod efficiency and designing swab pumping unit. The software is reliable,and computational solution and the test result can satisfy the engineering requirement , and can be used for quantitative analysising the operating condition of pumping unit ,and also can reasonably adjust the reasonable swap parameter of pumping unit.
