Su-131 block and Bei-301 block in Hai-la-er Oilfield are main producing area, and they have features of acid sensitivity and water sensitivity respectively.Based on the physical properties, lithological characters and sensitivity analysis of formation in Su-131, it is determined that the reservoir has two series of completely different strata. So two sets of acid fluid were studied. The operation process with zonal diverting technique is designed individually according to the actual condition. This technology has been applied for 9 wells, and got satisfactory results, injecion pressure is decreased by 2.6MPa,and single well water injection rate is increased by 6.5m3/d.Bei-301 block has poor physical characteristics and also shows strong water sensitivity, so acid system containing ethanol is developed, which has properties of low crashing rate, high effectiveness, good demulsification, secondary deposition prevention and swelling inhibition. This technology has been applied for 3 wells, and satisfactory results have been achieved.
