The characteristic of sequential bioreactor landfill was researched by simulative experiments in this thesis, comparing the relevant characteristic of sequential bioreactor landfill and recirculating bioreactor landfill, seting-up mathematical model of methane produce-velocity, comparing the simulative experiments and the actual landfill, finding the method to speedup the methane produce-velocity in actual landfill.In the sequential bioreactor landfill, the methane bacteria and alimentation in the old section were brought to the new section by leachate crossing-circle, expedite the biological group equilibrium in the new section, reduced the hydrolytic and acidification time, descended the leachate acidity, the methane bacteria could grow quickly, the new section could enter the methane fermentation. At the same, the high concentration new leachate was took to old section, degradated by the methane bacteria in the old section, debased the COD concentration of leachate, decreased the possiblite to pollute the environment. On the other hand, in the old section, the new leachate consumed the biological group, speeded up the stabilization, increased the virtual useful cubage and the availability of the landfill.The result indicated that the methane daily average value and the total production were increased substantively in the sequential bioreactor landfill it was propitious to collect methane, advance the economical benefit.By analyse the simulation and the experimental result, it was shown that the theoretic methane production is quite larger than the factual, educed the scale among them.Analysed the contact of the methane producing-velocity and the leachate recirculating-frequency in the low recirculating-frequency sequential bioreactor landfill. Before the fastigium, the methane producing-velocity increased rapidly according to the improvement of the recirculate frequency. But after that, it would decreased by the negative exponent.Finally, by compareing the simulative experiments and the actual landfill, elicited the method to speedup the methane producing-velocity.
