This paper mainly studies the antianaphylaxis of Guangxi sweet tea. The dry leaf of Guangxi sweet tea researches object. Restraint of hyaluronidase activity, as a method, used to appreciate the antianaphylaxis of samples, which can be deeply appreciated by animal patterns. Sample purity can be determined by Folin and Denis' method. Samples can be abstained by a series of means such as solvent extraction, barrier separation, macropore resin adsorption chromatography and gel chromatography. The sample configuration can be obtained by IR and HPLC.By studying, extraction technology of sweet tea can be obtained. The time and pH were two main factors which influence the recovery of sweet tea tannins. The optimal extracting parameters were as follows: extraction temperature was 85℃, extraction time was 40min, ratio of material and liquor was 1 : 20 and pH value 8.5. Under the optimal conditions, recovery of sweet tea tannins was 3.91%.The purification process of antianaphylaxis from sweet tea can be obtained...
