Looking into development of researching nanomaterials, it was easily found that application of nanomaterials depended mainly on their synthesis methods. Therefore, in order to let this kind of new material make for both theoretical investigation and enlarging of application scopes, it is a key how technique of synthesis with high quality, low energy and simple operation is developed. The nanocrystalline materials (NiO, ZrO2, ZnCO3, ZnO, Zn3(PO4)2·2H2O, basic magnesium and aluminum carbonate, and basic sodium and aluminum carbonate) were synthesized by room temperature solid state reaction. The products were characterized by XRD and TEM and TG-DAT. Based on uniform design and stepwise regression and optimization, data mining was applied to synthesis of the nanocrystalline materials. The main content consists of six parts. Part I. Application Study of Data Mining Base on Small DatabaseThe precursor was obtained when powder of NiCl2·6H2O and powder of NH4HCO3 containing PEG400 were grinded together at room temperature. Then the soluble inorganic salts were removed by washing with water. Finally, the nickel oxide of 7nm was obtained when the dried precursor was pyrolyzed, and the yield rate was up to 95.5%. The uniform design was applied to preparation of nanometer nickel oxide, and a non-linear mathematic model was identified by analyzing the experimental results through multiple stepwise regress. Girding optimization was a simple and practical approach, and the optimization parameters of the experiment were identified by the girding optimization. The results showed that the data mining base on uniform design and MATLAB programs of modeling and optimization was applied to synthesis of nanometer nickel oxide successfully.Part II. Preparation of Spherical Zirconium Oxide Nano-Crystals by Room Temperature Solid State ReactionThe precursor was obtained by grinding ZrOCl2·8H2O and (NH4)2CO3 with surfactant...
