The preparation of a- iron oxide and copper powder ultra-fine particles are studied in this dissertation. XRD, TGA-DTA, FT-IR,SEM,TEM are used to identity the products and there are three methods in preparing α-iron oxide and copper powder ultra-fine particles: homogenous precipitation , supersonic solid phase reaction and chemical deoxidization method. Through exploring respectively the reaction conditions by Orthogonal Design and Uniform Design , the optimal condition is established. The optimal reaction condition of prepareing α-FeOOH ultra-fine particles by homogenous precipitation method is like the following: the system of 1.0mol·dm-3 FeSO4 and CO(NH2)2 (1:3-1:4) undergoes reaction with surfactant SDBS(0.2%) at pH 4-8 and Temp 80℃ for 2h. In the reaction , 120 min is enough for the aeration of O2.The results show that the homogenous spindle type particles are α-FeOOH with the average major axial diameter of 200— 300nm.The supersonic solid phase reaction method is as follows: the system of FeCl3-6H2O and NaOH(1:3) undergoes reaction with surfactant PVA (2%-3%) and the precipitate is washed by supersonic water for 15min.Grinding the reactants for 60-120min is enough. Add some surfactant B in the first product...
