The comber is the important production equipment of the cotton manufactory. As the spinning technology continuous development, it sets higher and higher request to the comber equipment. There are many shortcomings in the traditional comber equipment such as the driving system is too complex, the output efficiency is too low and the control pattern is not very flexible, which seriously affected the further development of the system. In order to simplify the driving system, improve the operating efficiency and the integration of automation level of the equipment, the article proposes one kind of totally new electrification model of the comber and its configuration structure and designs a new transmission plan which uses four motors driving separately. During this period, we adopt the industrial control technology, the field communication technology, the PLC technology, the servo-control technology and other series of related advanced technologies, all of these give me a favor in developing the new system.Chapter 1 It introduces the research background and the development of the comber equipment. And it also describes the task and the working technics of this weaving machine, at the same time, it defines the research object of this project. Chapter 2 Through analyzing the structure and the operating principle of traditional comber equipment, we get the exact flaw which exists in its mechanical driving method. To avoid the disadvantage and simplify the driving system, we develop a totally new module which uses four motors separately working under a specific rule. And then we build up the mathematical module according to the operating relation between the four output spindles.Chapter 3 It introduces the industrial control technique, the electrical communication technique and analyzes the control module in detail. And under this foundation, it puts forward the plan of the new designation.Chapter 4 It carries on the hardware configuration and software designation elaborately according to the overall control plan. How to carry on the hardware configuration, how to construct the reliable data communication, and how to achieve the four-motor coordinating control system in using the mathematical model relations between the four output spindles, all of these are the subject discussed in this chapter. Chapter 5 After the test bed constructing, the hardware components installing and the software debugging to the control system, we do some experiments with load and without load and get the satisfactory outcome. In this chapter, we also analyze the experiment data, discuss the problem involve in the experiment process and eliminate the obstacle in the end.Chapter 6 It summarizes the research outcome of this project and points out the further progresses and the research direction of this project.
