Coal Water Slurry(CWS), as one of clean energy sources, can solve the lack of petroleum resource, It can also decrease the emission of SO2 and NOx · So it becomes more important attention-getting due to its many virtues.In this paper, a series of experiment is done, then get a cheap and high efficient additive which can produce good CWS. The dosage of additive and the proportion of surfactant. The highest concentration can reach 63.2%. The cost of additive is about 20¥.It can be preserved 3 months when add any stabilizer. The IR spectrogram of coal and the additives be analyzed. The ζ potential of the CWS be mensurated too. The effect mechanism of the additives is researched. The effect of the physical and chemical character to the CWS be researched too. Ash in the coal is propitious to the preparation of CWS, the higher ash content in the coal the lower viscosity of CWS. The different particle distribution in the coal leads the difference of viscosity, using appropriate particle distribution can ameliorate the performance of CWS. When the temperature rises, the viscosity of CWS also reduces. More internal water content of the coal the higher viscosity. The pH value of the system is low alkalinity , the viscosity of the CWS is the lowest. More concentration of the metal positive ion, we can get the CWS have lower viscosity. But if...
