We got arthrobacter-6 (A-6) through filtrate the induced mutation results of wild bacterium, and A-6 can degrade soybean sterols to bug bacterium of steroids degradation enzyme. Furthermore, we induced mutate A-6 to get high production bacterium of ADD. The arthrobacter-609 we got can make the degradation rate of soybean sterols reach 97%. The filtered products are suitable to be medicine intermediate through experiment in industry.Experiment results show that some inhibitors such as Ni2SO4, CoSO4, 8-hydroxy quinoline have obvious promotion on accumulation of ADD, and production rate of ADD can reach 53.5% on the condition of Ni2SO4. In the procedure of produce medicine steroids by biologic ways, substrate concentration and add mode are important technology parameters. We dissolve the substrate (soybean sterols) in the mixture of dimethyl formamide and alclohol, then put culture medium on the microwave oscillation condition in order to form ferment system. Time of arthrobacter-609 ferment, stirring velocity and moment of adding substrate and inhibitory is important to product rate of ADD, and in our study the rate is about 69% which indicates that it can be used in industry to product bacterium.For arthrobacter-609, the product indexes of ADD on the simulation of industry conditions as follow. Ferment concentration of soybean sterols is 1%, and ferment getting rate of ADD is 58.5%, and purificatory ADD rate is 72.5%, and the purification of ADD is > 95%. This technology level is good enough to do experiment in industry.
