It shows in blindness on decision-making, low efficiency and low quality on spread scientific research achievement. All of these cannot meet the demands of the modernization of viticulture and wine industry. Intelligent system and relative technique provide a new idea and means to deal with the complicated viticulture and wine industry problem. Using the technique of modern intelligent information technique and database, make production, management, consumption science and rationalization, speed the mode of traditional production alteration and upgrade, and improve the level of production efficiency, management, decision-making greatly.In order to speed the spread of scientific research achievement and improve wine quality, based on wine quality optimized theory, gathering and analyzing knowledge about viticulture and quality control knowledge of wine and experience of field experts, the mode of three layer B/S and two layer C/S, the developing tools of JSP and Delphi and the database MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 are used, at the same time, JavaBean,JavaScript,Database Connection Pool and ADO are involved On Windows XP. Wine Quality Optimized Information System (WQOIS) realize the whole control of wine quality from farm fields to the dinner table,which involves the management of viticulture, enology and the store and appreciation of wine.The following functions have been realized: via consultation of viticulture technology to manage vineyard and control of quality; via grape varieties and root varieties consultation and consequence to confirm reasonable varieties; via grape diseases and insect pests prevention and consultation to protection vineyard; via earth, fertilizer and water decision-making of vineyard to assist vineyard management; via sampling test, data record and warning to determine time to harvest; via grape maturity control and harvest ways consultation to assist users to manage vineyard and ensure the quality optimized of wine grape; via the assessment of wine grape materials quality to assist decision making on accept or not, if accept, then give the suitable wine making type, aroma type and wine making techniques et al; via guides of different wine making techniques and by sampling test and warning to ensure wine making quality; via establishing suitable ageing techniques and consultation system, assist to control wine aging quality and ensure the optimization of wine ageing with the help of aging...
