Shengli Oil Field, which is the second largest oil field in our country, played a very important role on our national economy and energy strategy. With the development of the exploitation technology and improvement of the output of crude oil, the amount of the accompanying produced water is increasing every year. Shengli Oil Field is low-permeability reservoir and the requisition for water quality of injected water is quite strict. Injected water of poor quality will bring serious consequences to the oil field. When the salinity of injected water is not compatible with clay minerals in the reservoir, hydrated swell(The salinity of water injected is lower than the reservoir's water)or shrink(The salinity of water injected is higher than the reservoir water), which leads to decrease of permeability, will happen sometimes. The phenomenon is called water or salt sensitivity. Though the salinity of produced water can match clay minerals in the reservoir, permeability will decrease evidently when produced water containes crude oil, suspended solid,bacteria or dissolving oxygen.The main purpose of this study is to design a set of waste water treatment techniques that is suitable for treating wastewater. After the treatment, the effluent can meet the injected water A2-grade of low-permeability reservoir. The objectives of this paper is to find out biofilm-recirculated ultrafiltration operating parameters through screening high-efficient degradation bacteria of crude oil and culturing biofilm to start biomembrane reactor.
