At the background of the remain low international oil prices and the oil industry have been into winter period, it is important for the domestic each oil field how to stabilize the normal production. For the low and special low permeability reservoir by water drive mining way, the water injection quality should be the critical factor to influent the reservoir exploitation. It has become the precondition that how to inject the sufficient water and how to inject meeting the requirements of the water. Because of the limitations of existing treatment process, that the I rate injection water quality reaching the standard is not high and lack of stability, which affects the development of the reservoir at a certain extent. So to solve the I rate injection water quality stability problem and form a complete processing technology and supporting technology, it is necessary to carry out the targeted research from each water quality index.To treat oil produced water effectively and meet the injection water requirements of low and special low permeability reservoir, it is put forward of the two section membrane advanced treatment of "first remove oil and then remove impurities". Membrane material realizes super hydrophilic and hydrophobic oil by membrane wettability improvement and oil removal efficiency increased significantly under the condition of water flux. At the impurities removal section, determine the optimal operating parameters and form a perfect the backwashing and clean solution by study the parameters of membrane aperture, membrane flux, membrane surface velocity and so on. Through the above research, the combination process is provided that the intercept oil removal technology+ceramic membrane technology, the injection water meet the Ⅰ,Ⅱ rate requirements of the injection water requirements of low and special low permeability reservoir by which treatment. Efficient oil removal section takes intercept oil removal technology. It is formation of associating activation water film by polymer fiber hydrophilic oleophobic performance. Through the method, oil and other hydrophobic dispersoid is intercepted and successfully the separation to remove. The tackle membrane has high oil-water separation efficiency. As the inflow quality:oil≤300mg/L,SS≤30mg/L, the outflow quality should reach:oil≤5mg/L,SS≤10mg/L by Tackle the membrane treatment. The produced water flux of the tackle membrane can reach 0.8m3/m2.h at the Transmembrane pressure difference 0.1 MPa. the backwashing method of the tackle membrane is the water backwashing,the backwashing rating 2m3/m2.h and the last time is 3 min; the tackle membrane run after a period,it should take the chemical cleaning, which can restore the membrane separation performance.Advanced filtration process segment use the ceramic membrane technology. After the ceramic membrane filtration, the produced water quality would be achieved the oil volume less than lmg/L, suspended solids content less than 1 mg/L, suspended solids median diameter substantially less than 1μm meet under appropriate operating conditions. It attain the highest standard of low permeability oilfield reinjection water quality which of the SY/T 5329-2012《Water quality standard and practice for analysis of oilfield injecting waters in clastic reservoirs》, it has been possessed the payable the scale-up technology base. while the optimum operation conditions of Ceramic membrane is that transmembrane pressure is 0.15MPa, temperature is 52 ℃, membrane flow velocity is 5.0-6.0m/s, the cleaning cycle is 20d. If it confirms the chemical cleaning method of ceramic membrane, it would be effectively remove contaminants and the recovery control center of membrane flux could over 98%.The unite process of the intercept oil removal technology+ ceramic membrane technology has been used to treat the low permeability layer produced water at Fan Jia settlement station Chun Liang oil producing factory Sheng Li Oil oilfield. And the treatment water quality is long-term stability, it could achieve the I rate water quality indicators of " Water quality standard of oilfield injecting waters in clastic reservoirs ", as the oil content≤5mg/L, suspended solids≤1mg/L, median diameter of suspended particles≤1μm requirements, and the operating costs less than 1.50 yuan/m3.
