In this experiment, the cylindrical plasma reactor was used. The results of the experiment showed that the removal efficiency was related to many factors, such as the power supply, the packing materials, the reaction temperature, the initial gas concentration, the exist of O2, the additive, and so on.The removal efficiency was increased with the enhancement of the power supply; And the packing materials was helpful for the decomposition of NO, but not helpful for the removal way by oxydation of NO; The temperature had little effect on the removal of NO; The trend for the curve of the decomposition of NO was decreased by the increase of the initial gas concentration and the curve of oxydation of NO had reached a high point before decreased. The oxidation-reaction was advanced after the additive (H2O) was added in the reactor, but not good for the decomposition, so as the exist of O2. It was also found that the removal of NO had a rapid rise, when the power supply was at 9kV-11kV. The optimum result is that without O2, with packing materials and over the power supply of 11 kV, the NO decomposition rate reaches 98%. The oxydation rate of NO reaches 67% with 3% content of O2. the humidity of 60%, and at the power supply of 10kV.
