Dielectric barrier discharge is a common method of producing non-thermal plasma at atmospheric pressure.DBD has a good prospect in the field of removal of sulfur dioxide and nitric dioxide with non-thermal plasma. The electrode configuration of nonthermal plasma reactor is one of the main factors which affect reactor discharge characteristics and the De SO2/NOx efficiency. So in this paper, the electrode configuration of the wire-plate DBD reactor has been optimized. The results provide the theoretical gist for the optimization and manufacture of the wire-plate DBD plasma reactor. In this experiment, the cylindrical plasma reactor was used in order to discuss the effect of dielectric barrier discharge. And the different reacting systems including the power supply,O2,NO which affect the removal rate of NO are discussed. As a basic application research, the results in this paper are reference for plasma reactor design and improving the De SO2/NOx efficiency.
