Seldom return red wine waste water handles, this research very much.This research to efficiently the disgusted oxygen reactor industrialization norm designs, sieving technique that living creature germ grow, the disgusted oxygen reactor starts the technique quickly, the dirty mire in reactor in oxygen in disgusted tames to turn the technique, the good oxygen in— in oxygen in disgusted handles the unit links up and circulates to control the technique proceeded the research.The experimental results showed that : the starting style of low concentration, high hydraulic loading and batch influent were used by the UASB reactor; make the UASB reactor quickly moving steadily, when influent COD was 2000-2500mg/L, the volumetric COD loading rate reached to 4.89 kgCOD/(m~3· d), COD removal rate was up to 89.1%, the results of experimental efficiency on treating citric acid-production wastewater showed that sludges are quickly granulated UASB reactor. After granulation, the volumetric COD loading rate reached to 7kgCOD/(m~3·d), the enduring ability for disadvantageously running condition was strengthened obviously. The setup of biologic transformation could improve physico-chemical property of influent of UASB, dispel inhibiting effect on aerobic treatment subsequently, which had improved the moving state of aerobic treatment, increased depurative efficiency of wastewater disposal, made holistic COD removal rate be up to95.5%, and COD of fluent was 135mg/L. The total investment of the project of wastewater treatment was l,256,000¥, the income and expenses from the project could keep their balance, the charge of wastewater disposal was 1.90¥/m3.
