After granulation, the volumetric COD loading rate reached to 7kgCOD/(m~3·d), the enduring ability for disadvantageously running condition was strengthened obviously. The setup of biologic transformation could improve physico-chemical property of influent of UASB, dispel inhibiting effect on aerobic treatment subsequently, which had improved the moving state of aerobic treatment, increased depurative efficiency of wastewater disposal, made holistic COD removal rate be up to95.5%, and COD of fluent was 135mg/L. The total investment of the project of wastewater treatment was l,256,000￥, the income and expenses from the project could keep their balance, the charge of wastewater disposal was 1.90￥/m3.
