Study On The Exportation Characters Of Model Pyrotechnics

The output characters of two types of typical pyrotechnics were researched in this article, the main work studied various influencing factors on the output characters of T-2B dual-bridge wire squibs, and the research results were successfully applied in FSJ2-13B electrical detonator. The research was carried out by method of excluding and comparison. After the T-2B dual bridge wire squibs was assembled in terms of various influencing factors, the explosion pressure was tested in a pressure-measuring device with a given cavity. Through comparing the explosion pressure changes of the products under various level of each influencing factors, and examine their significance, we found the main factor which have effect on the stability of squibs' explosion pressure. The research results demonstrate:(1) He particle size of KClO₄ is the main influencing factors of the pyrotechnics' explosion pressure stability. The explosion pressure of T-2B dual-bridge wire squibs can be improved by control of the particle size of KClO₄, further more: the standard deviation of explosion pressure's data can be reduced. More than 200 mesh/inch is the optimal size of KClO₄' particle size.(2) The particle size of aluminum powder is one of the main influencing factors of the pyrotechnics' explosion pressure stability, The explosion pressure of T-2B dual-bridge wire squibs can be improved by control of the particle size of aluminum powder, further more, the standard deviation of explosion pressure' s data can be reduced. 200-320 mesh/inch is the optimal size of aluminum powder' particle size.(3) The batches (or place of production) of lead nitrate powder are one of the main influencing factors of the pyrotechnics' explosion pressure. LTNR synthesized by different batches (or place of production) of lead nitrate powder have different ignite power, which play an important action for the complete inflammation of pyrotechnic powder. LTNR synthesized by lead nitrate, which made in Shanghai, have fine ignited power.(4) The hermetic property of pressure-measuring device is one of the main influencing factors of the pyrotechnics' explosion pressure. The hermetic property of pressure-measuring device influences the stability of data directly. Bad hermetic property of pressure-measuring device will cause the low level of data; so pressure-measuring device chosen for explosion pressure test must have good hermetic property.
