Coal mine soft-rock tunnel is a important constituent of soft rock engineering. Soft-rock engineering is a rock mass engineer which have relates with plastic large deformation, such as soft rock side slope, soft rock tube and soft rock tunnel, etc. For soft-rock tunnel locate in complex geological conditions, the support is a major problem which puzzles coal production of our country.This article makes use of the method that associates with theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, field experiment, explores the soft-rock tunnel deformation mechanical property, bolt-grouting support mechanics, bolt-grouting support parameter select, construction technology , the define that proper grouting lag time, bolt-grouting support technology of soft rock tunnel, bolt-grouting support parameter selection, existential problem in application; puts forward the proper grouting lag time define method of soft rock tunnel; discusses the deformation mechanical property and bolt-grouting support mechanics; makes a field experiment that define the proper grouting lag time of soft rock tunnel, and compares the results with no lag time grouting, verifies the define method. And analyses the deformation of soft rock tunnel under three support condition with numerical simulation soft FLAC3D , indicating effect and goodness more visually.
