This article according to the loosing circle of surrounding rock's theory and the soft rock's basic nature,In view of the characteristic of surrounding rock's distortion in soft rock tunnel , huge pressure, the quick speed, big quantity and long duration, as well as the extremely sensitive to each kind of perturbation and so on, after we analyzed all kinds of protect method which have the shortcoming,so we carry on the discussion about soft rock tunnel's protection from object, principle and the technics of bolt-grouting.Using the soft rock tunnel's circle model and the method of bolt-grouting to change the state of stress, we obtain a mix of pre-stressed to protect the structure. Proposed the initiative protects' idea and certain methods on the optimal supporting time in soft rock tunnel, the pressure of grouting, disposal of bolt and other parameters, through the project of bolt-grounting reinforcement at -420m on east four exploiting field and repair project on Xiyi exploiting field in Pansan coal mine, discuss the method of reinforcement and repairment in soft rock tunnel. It has confirmed the theory is feasibility and serviceability, obtained the good technology and economic effect.It has significance on the design of soft rock tunnel's protect and the optimization of construction parameter.
