In this paper, a systematic research on monitoring and processing of dynamic winder wire-rope tension signals is carried out. In the situations of coal mine, it is presented to transmit signal by way of Wireless digital transmission. Character of this system is good anti-jamming and transmission of long distance .The system can find failure of steel wire-rope and monitor running state of wire-rope and carry out inspection of automatization. It is important for lift to run safely.In this paper, the project of digital frequency modulation and wireless transmission use the minimal shift keying technique, and this project can improve reliability and validity of data transmission. This system is made up with four parts mainly: The upper device, Data acquisition system,Data transmission system,Data receiving system. The upper device is used for dealing with data and displaying failure. Data transmission system based on AT89C52 is used for transmission of data. The Modulation chip modulate signal. Data receiving system based on AT89C52 is used for receiving data of wireless and transmitting for the upper device. The long-range communication between the upper device and Data receiving system goes through RS-485 protocol. In this paper, the design process of soft and hardware between Data receiving system and Data transmission system is showed. Function and interface design of the upper device is also showed.
