This paper designed a multi-rope friction upgrade for mine hoist rope tension line monitoring system.This system includes hoisting load line measurement,signal transmission and data processing,can display the total size of the load and the load distribution of each rope in real-time,and can provide overload alarm of the running hoist wire rope and unbalance alarm,remove safety hazards.Adopt a self-designed load sensor, easy installation, installed between the rope and balance cylinder piston which connected with skip,does not change the structure of multi rope hoist suspension system; optimize the design of the sensor structure to find the optimal parameters.Detailed design and illustrate the procedure of lower machine’s signal acquisition and processing. According to the characteristics of mine hoisting, signal using wireless transmission;Taking into account the transmission distance is too long,downhole transmitter module power and the effective transmission distance limitations, using multi point transmission.Designed a specific plan for multipoint signal transmission and downhole signal transmission with stable and uninterrupted.Using the virtual instrument LabVIEW develop wire rope tension detection software, the software includes the initial parameters setting, the wire rope tension curve display, the total load of enhance skip,the wire rope tension difference of dynamic display, data storage and query and overload alarm module.
