VO2 is a kind of oxide which is provided with characteristic of phase change at 68℃. VO2 has the property of metal-to-semiconductor change. VO2 has properties of electrical and optical sudden change at the temperature of the phase transition. Because of this kind of characteristic, VO2 has good application prospects in numerous fields, such as building's solar temperature-control windows, laser protecting membrane, infrared detector, optical data storage material and so on. Many studies have shown nano-class VO2 powder can significantly reduce the stress of the phase transition. Its resistance mutations rate and optical transnittane will diminish with the size of the increase of nano-VO2 powder. Compared with the membrane material, nano-VO2 powder has broader application areas, and thus become the concern of researchers.In this paper, W-doped, F-doped and W- and F- doped precursor are prepared by the use of the way of the wet chemical. And then W-doped, F-doped and W- and F- doped nanometer VO2 powder are prepared by the use of the way of the thermal decomposition.
