By gel permeation chromatography(GPC),teminal groups titration, differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),infra-red spectrum(IR),ultraviolet spectrum(UV), High performance liguid chromatography(HPLC),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),gaschromatograph-mass spectrum(GC-MS), micropolariscope,as well as other methods,the structure and performance of many nylon resin for bi-oriented film, is stutied in this article. With these analyse in considering,, a master-batch on a polyamide base is prepared through twin screw extruder,then,the performance of this master-batc is charactrized by scanning electronic microscope(SEM), x-ray diffraction(XRD), dry combustion,and other methods. the conclution is as follows:1 The result of gel permeation chromatography(GPC), teminal groups titration,and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) show that: The content of terminal carboxyl groups(TCC)of BA nylon resin, is higher than that of YH nylon resin . Contrary to this is the content of terminal carboxyl groups.(TAC) As a result ,The TAG/TCG ratio of BA nylon resin seems lower. After melting through twin screw extruder,the content of terminal aminogroups of the two nylon resin varies little, the content of terminal carboxyl groups(TCC) decreased.Number average molecular weight(Mn) and wei...
