Titanium alloy material have density to be little, the intensity is high , it is hot and strong and high, hot stability is good, the chemical activity is great, the heat conductivity is bad, the modulus of elasticity is low, anticorrosive of good performance characteristic. With the constant improvement to that titanium alloy performance required, except craft of smelting of improvement, employ the heat treatment craft in order to improve its performance . But through anneal material that result deal with intensity and hardness very high in time at low temperature, adopt standard try on one be unable to measure the actual mechanics performance of material. For this reason, this text regards reducing the consumption of the experiment material , dependability of raising the experimental data as the goal, employ finite element software carry on number value analysis with experiment prove , design structural parameter and stress distribute reasonable special-purpose draw try one.It have probed into temperature and relation of temperature retention time , material intensity , plasticity of annealing at low temperature, have further studied and quenched, carried on prescription and handled the impact on performance of mechanics of materials on this basis. The experiment shows : Temperature is at the time of 460 ℃as annealing, its intensity is the largest in extreme ; Carry on 480 ℃ prescription and deal with 5h after 780 ℃ frozen water is quenched, the intensity of the material is higher, plasticity is better, it is a more ideal heat treatment condition .
