Domestic wastewater is a mixture of various wastewater produced in daily life. Nature water body could be polluted, and people's living could be threatened if it is let out directly with not treatment.The paper is focus on purifying the domestic wastewater by decentralization treatment model. Anaerobic- aerobic biology contact oxygenation technique was introduced. Decentralization treatment mode could make the wastewater be treated and reused on the spot. Utilization ratio of water would be raised by this way. And it makes senses in the lacking water north area of our country.Centralization disposes of domestic wastewater would cost much in the constructions of wastewater and reclaimed water's pipeline. Decentralization treatment model is suitable for communities, school, and small towns. The model is not only cost less but also increases the ratio of reuse.The experiment includes three parts: fungus separation set up the bunch equipments, stable operations. Fungus separation is an important part of this experiment. Two kinds of bacteria of highly effective degradation in daily wastewater were separated after serious separation. It is identified that one is Citrobacter freundii, the other is Klebsiella oxytoca. Citrobacter freundii was used to consolidate the anaerobic process and Klebsiella oxytoca was used to enhance the aerobic treatment efficiency in the experiment. The techniques are excellent of high treatment efficiency comparing with tradition biology contact oxygenation technique. The results show that the average removal rate of CODCr, ammonia-nitrogen and turbidity were respectively 88%,78%,98% with HRT being 4h(aerobic HRT was 2h, anaerobic HRT was 2h). That CODCr was 26mg/L, NH3-N was 9mg/L, turbidity was 2NTU after the treatment. It reaches the standards of the irrigation water or domestic water. More energy was saved than using single aerobic aeration. The bacteria can keep predominance of high removal rate in the system though long-term and steady running.The start-up of the equipment lasted for one month. There were many factors influencing the treatment effect in steadily running period: HRT, water temperature, original water quality, soluble oxygen, pH. The equipment had the powerful capacity of bearing shock load and can adapt to the change of different flux. Volumetric loading bearing could reach 5.10kgCODcr/m3d. And it is sure to reach the reused standards of the irrigation water.
