The main problem in reclaimed water reusing is hygienic guideline over standard, disinfection effect isn't good. Thanks to the process of reclaimed water reusing contact people intimately, if the hygienic guideline over standard, it will effect directly security of the reclaimed water. By far, the disinfection mechanism whether the design regulation of reclaimed water or textbook about reclaimed water, that following the theory of water supply. It is the essential reason that resulting in disinfection effect isn't good. Consequently, to solve the problem of reclaimed water disinfection, we must study the theory which using reclaimed water disinfection specially and study the disinfection system which is fit for reclaimed water quality changing , on the basis of water quality characteristic of reclaimed water owning, that attain security of the reclaimed water using.To improve the effect of reclaimed water disinfection is not ideal actuality, the thesis consider the water quality characteristic of reclaimed water owning ,studying the reclaimed water disinfection with chlorine dioxide method, simulating chlorine dioxide disinfect practically reclaimed water in the laboratory, inactivation data is fitting to the disinfection models, a model for chlorine dioxide is found to best describe the observed inactivation of coli form and receive the kinetic parameter in reclaimed water in Gaobeidian.In this thesis, study the disinfection theory of the water supply, combining water quality characteristic of reclaimed water owning and water quality standard request of reclaimed water, we analyze the main water quality guideline which effecting chlorine dioxide disinfection. According to water quality characteristic of the Gaobeidian ,we confirm COD as a main water quality guideline, studying the relation between COD and chlorine dioxide dose(C), that we obtain the COD and C satisfy a linear equation ,which is C=0.0264CCOD + 0.0423, when the turbidity is about 1 degree, and the coli-group's order of magnitude is 103.combining other reclaimed water disinfection influence factors, analyzing and receiving the relation equation between the water quality guideline and chlorine dioxide dose. And the applicability of the equation is proofed by using other reclaimed water.Thanks to chlorine residual don't represent continuance disinfection capability of chlorine dioxide, we study the chlorine dioxide appropriate residual dose at 30 minute during reaction. And we analyze the feasibility of the dose in toxicology.
