With China economy's persistent development, the automobile as a Chinese pillar industry has got a very far speed development;moreover,tire industry as a supporting of the automobile also has got much opportunities and challenges never than before.GITI Tyre (Anhui) Company is the first tyre company invested by GITI Group in Chinese mainland,although the production and sales of GITI Tyre (Anhui) Company have been raised to the first place in the country in 2001,sales did not match the production from 2004,. especially in 2005,with the reason of local and foreign market environment change, national macroscopical adjust and control, material's prices rising,the product stock of GITI(Anhui) was as much as 1.7 million and the sales trend is strict.The purpose of this essay is to in light of the actual working situations, with the theories of management of production and operation ,marketing etc.,based on the analyses of Chinese automobile and tire industry's general production and sales process, through the comparative analyses of GITI Tire(Anhui) Company's current conditions of production and sales and the study of trend , point out the reasons of the unbalance of production and sales of GITI Tire (Anhui) Company and put forward the solutions to implement the balance of production and sales as follows: adjust GITI Tire (Anhui) Company's organisation construction, improve performance evaluating system of sales and production departments, increase the accuracy of sales forecast, optimize production plan and improve tires' quality,enlarge sales scope and so on so as to find a better strategy for GITI Tire's future development.
