Auto industry is our national main industry, and with the rapid development of auto industry, auto part industry is also growing, as a result more and more auto direction boost bumps are being used. Auto direction boost bump industry is in the starting stage at present, out-of-date production means and low efficiency being the common situation. It cost 600,000 to 800,000 RMB to import one from abroad, as is too much for medium sized enterprises to bear.With the rapid development of automobile industry, many strategic problems arise to enable auto part production in a large scale, esp. the innovation and replacement of Special purpose equipment. As a result, Special purpose equipment which are at low cost, in good performance and with high efficiency are increasingly attracting Mid- and small-scale enterprises.Rotor is the key part in auto direction boost pumps, rotor grinder is specially designed precision manufacture of rotors. At present, few domestic plants or factories specialize in rotor grinder making; only some grinder or hydraulic pressure part plants make some innovative equipment according to requirements. The rotor grinder I have developed and designed can settle the above-mentioned problems for auto part industry. Controlled by computer, the grinder can automatically rub auto parts through localization, clamps, division and advancement.
