This article empoldered a new reactor——Three Phase Inter-circulating Biological Fluidized Reactor with the technology of fluid. It was separate into three areas, ascending area, descending area, deposition area. wastewater and carrier were fluidized by air in ascending area, and wastewater was cleansed in ascending area and descending area. Water and sludge were separated in deposition area.The experimentation carrier choose porous foam. Its interspace ratio is 90%, the proportion of area and volume is 2375m2/m3. It was fluidized easily because the density is heavyisher than water when animalcule grew on the carrier. When the foam was placed in the reactor, the consistency of sludge reached more 8000mg/L. It improved the cubage load to 12kgCOD/m3·d.The deposition area was designed into gradual section. It diminished velocity of liquid, sludge subsided and reflowed by the gravity and the suction of the recurrent liquid.The reactor was used to treat organic sewage and dyeing wastewater and the article studied the efficiencies of the removing organic contamination and denitrification and it preformed an optimum control parameter and running condition. And the quality of treated water can meet theⅠstandard of the national standard(GB8978-1996).The process of Three Phase Inter-circulating Biological Fluidized Reactor was investigated for wastewater treatment. With HRT=2hr, DO=2.5mg/L, R=2, initial COD= 400~800mg/L, NH4-N=33mg/L, TN=42mg/L, the removal efficiencies of COD, NH4-N, TN were 85%~92%, 75%~81%, 60%~65%.The process of Three Phase Inter-circulating Biological Fluidized Reactor was investigated for dyeing wastewater treatment. With A/O volume ratio=2 HRT总=30hr, initial COD= 1500mg/L, the absorptivity of chroma 0.386(dilution multiple method 1000), the removal efficiencies of COD, chroma were 91%~95%, 87%~92%.The conclusion of the article indicated: the technics had the excellencies of the high loading rate, the good treatment efficiency and the small height-breadth rate and it overcomed the Biological Fluidized Reactor's disadvantage that limited its engineering application. It could be designed integral or inter bioreactor. It could be applied into treating municipal wastewater and sewage and rebuilding sewage farm to improve treatment efficiencies and capability. Therefore Three Phase Inter-circulating Biological Fluidized Reactor is a process that has wide application prospect.
