In recent years,China's water resources have become increasingly tight,and the recycling of water resources has become imminent.At present,mature treatment processes have not been developed for sludge discharge from waterworks,circulating cooling water and circulating cooling wastewater of thermal power plants,which makes recycling difficult and causes a lot of waste of water resources.Based on the principle of agglomeration flocculation,the internal circulation system is added on the basis of fluidized bed granulation,and the problem of low turbidity water is solved effectively by using external carrier.Compared with the traditional process,the circulating granulation fluidized bed has a higher operating rising flow rate,stable treatment effect,lower economic cost and small footprint.This article takes the sludge discharge of waterworks,circulating cooling water of power plants and circulating cooling wastewater as the research objects.Explore the best operation plan in the actual process of production and operation.Research indicates(1)Circulating granulation fluidized bed treatment sludge water plant test,through the pilot test to study the final optimized operating parameters: the PAM dosage was 5 mg/L,the height difference between the inner cylinder and the circulation cylinder was 6 cm,and the stirring speed was 7 r/min.The turbidity of the effluent is kept below 10 NTU.The pilot test preliminarily verified that the circulating granulation fluidized bed was able to treat low-temperature sludge drainage water with high treatment efficiency,good stability in continuous operation,strong resistance to the impact load of rising velocity and turbidity of inlet water,and a short recovery period for restarting.Through productive experimental research,it was finally verified that compared with the first generation granulation fluidized bed and the traditional sludge water treatment process,the circulating granulation fluidized bed has a high rising flow rate,low sludge moisture content,good treatment effect and strong stability.The economic cost is low and the area is small.(2)Cyclic granulation fluidized bed series crystallization granulation fluidized bed treatment plant power plant circulating cooling water productivity test research,through production test research to finally optimize the operating parameters: The dosage of PAC is 60 mg/L,the dosage of PAM is 5 mg/L,and the stirring speed is 3 r/min.The turbidity of the effluent is below 5 NTU.The circulating granulation fluidized bed process is good for the treatment of crystalline granulation fluidized bed effluent.The treatment effect is basically not affected by the pH of the influent.The impact resistance is strong,the operation stability is high,and it can be operated stably for a long time.(3)Circulating granulation fluidized bed is used to treat circulating cooling wastewater.Through productive experimental research,it is finally determined that 150 ?m quartz sand is the best carrier,and the effect of the coagulant is PAC.Optimized operating parameters: PAC dosage of 40 mg/L,PAM dosage of 1.5 mg/L,stirring speed of 3 r/min,and maximum rising flow rate of 50 m/h.The effect of circulating granulation fluidized bed on the treatment of circulating cooling wastewater is stable,the impact load resistance is strong,the effluent turbidity is below 2 NTU,and the COD removal rate is maintained at about 50%,up to 60%.It can run stably for a long period of time,and the recovery speed is fast after intermittent restart.Adding an appropriate amount of activated carbon during the operation can improve the treatment effect of the circulating granulation fluidized bed.(4)The circulating granulation fluidized bed process has a high operating flow rate,stable treatment effect and strong adaptability,and can effectively treat water quality in different conditions.Tandem crystallization granulation fluidized bed operation has better treatment effect.Compared with the traditional water treatment process,the economic cost is low,the operation is simple,the application range is wide,the area is small,and the initial investment cost is low.
