The prepraration of the calcium phosphate powders was based on precipitation process and the Ca(OH)2/H3PO4 system was selected. The composition and granularity of powders was analysized and characterized. The control technics of powders which were synthesized in solution has been studied .Synthesis ofβ-tricalcium phosphate powder was in wet atmosphere with ball-milling method, which was used to improve the condition of multiphase reaction and minish granularity of powder. In order to reduce the reunite,we should control the process of reaction and select appropriate drying method and calcinations temperature.In order to approve the component and granularity of the apatite particles, confirming the influencing factor of preparation technology,such as Ca/P ratio,concentration of raw material,velocity of machine whisk,temperature of system and mode of dryness,we have studied the reaction principle of system.By means of the controlling method,we could obtain the powder particles with highly uniform and fine granularity.It was confirmed that the methods of nano-hydroxyapatite synthesis in this study. The precipitation with Ca/P ratio of 1.67 was synthesized from Ca(OH)2/H3PO4 system with mix speed of 1000r/min and the consistence of 0.15mol/l at low temperature with appropriate repellent and drying stage. The nanosized HA powder was obtained.
