D-p-hydroxyphenylglycine is one kind of important fine chemical product, also is an important pharmaceutical intermediate of the synthesis antibiotics. This article combines with the reality of Henan Stone Fine Chemical Company Limited, studying the wastewater treatment of the D-p-hydroxyphenylglycine production. It has the high reference value and the strong practical significance.The D-p-hydroxyphenylglycine wastewater containing the massive phenol and nitrogenous compounds, belongs to the difficulty treatment of the organic waste water containing high concentration. In view of the productive processes characteristic, in line with the clean production and the waste recycling principle, it decides to take the new wastewater classification processing route, has laid the good foundation for enterprise's development.High concentrations of synthetic wastewater treatment using evaporation, crystallization, centrifugation and other physics-chemical processes for recycling phenol and ammonium sulphate, few mother liquor remaining after the separation to continue recycling for the entire high concentrations wastewater treatment process to achieve non - wastewater discharge. Experimental results show that the phenol recovery rate achieves 95% ,and all back for synthetic processes. About six tons of ammonium sulphate daily extraction, sale as a by-product. Practice proved that this technical processing not only protects environment, moreover has the good economic efficiency.After the low concentrations mixing organic waste water passes through the regulation pond water quality adjustment first, enters the hydrolysis acidification pretreatment, water B/C value increased, improves the waste water biochemistry, for the following aerobic treatment create favorable conditions, passes through physical processing advanced treatment, drain water achieved the waste water drainage standards. The experimental result indicated that, the low concentrations organic waste water adopts the hydrolysis acidification - biological contact oxidation -precipitation - activated carbon adsorption method is feasible, the total removal rate of CODCr , BOD5 and NH3-N and the volatility phenol and SS were...
