KF/Al2O3 is a solid ultra strong alkali catalyst, which has superior performance and the nucleophilic, the high activeness and the good selectivity. it is a new environment friendly catalyst. The related of KF/Al2O3 catalyst is reported more and more in organic reaction, specially in the Michael addition, the Knoevenagel condensation, the Witting reactionm and so on. Therefore preparation of the highly effective KF/Al2O3 catalyst appear especially importantly.Based on the idea, this topic of preparation nano KF/Al2O3 catalyst has studied though the artificial assembly (dipping method) and the self-assembly (colloid method).The nano-KF/Al2O3 catalyst has been synthesized in the condition of taking nanoγ-Al2O3 as the carrier and soaking in the ethyl alcohol with the dipping method. Probe reaction is synthesizes of the (2-cyanoethyl) malonic Acid Diethyl Ester in the experiment. In the first, the single factor experiment review the influence of catalyst of the quantity of KF soaking, the amount of surfactant, reaction's temperature and the calcining heat; Then used the orthogonal design review the influence of four factors and the important degree, but cannot obtain the relevance of factors. In the amoune of nano-Al2O3, It obtains the better preparation conditions: The amount of KF·2H2O is 42.3g, the amount of surfactant is 3g, the reaction temperature is 65℃, calcining heat is 400℃. It establishs non-linear mathematical model between each experimental factor and the production rate, and describs between the response value and the factor relations. it may forecast the law of development and the tendency. Finally used the principal components analysis to analyse the data which obtain in synthesizingα-cyanocinnamic Acid Ethyl Ester. PCA calculates score and load of four factors: the quantity of KF·2H2O, the quantity of surfactant, the reaction temperature, the calcining heat, and promulgates important degree and relevance of various factors. It determines three primary factors which influence catalyst performance namely: the quantity of KF·2H2O, the quantity of surfactant, the reaction temperature.From overlap chart of score and the load, it analyzes the gathering...
