The application production process of the analysis and processing sugar mills is of great significance to the production guidance.Sugar production process produces a lot of data every day,involving product quality,production safety,sugar recycling energy consumption analysis,these data have been the hot point of attention of scholars.Sugar production data analysis and used to guide the production of less research.This paper focuses on the production management of product quality and sugar recovery in two aspects,with the data of production process in a sugar refinery 2015/16 crop based on process indicators intermediate product color value of the correlation and principal component analysis,comprehensive evaluation of the quality of white granulated sugar,through the quality control chart of students The color value of the production process is controlled,and the abnormal points in the production process of the press,the clarification,the evaporation and the boiling sugar section are determined so as to guide the whole production process index:(1)To evaluate the correlation between white sugar intermediates and establish' a comprehensive scoring model.The color of white granulated sugar was evaluated by principal component white sugar intermediate products,get 3 principal components.The cumulative variance contribution rate of 86.680%,the first principal components accounted for 60.633%,which played a major role in the juice of reducing sugar.Juice of sugar syrup than sucrose,reducing sugar sucrose ratio,mixed juice on reducing sugar sucrose ratio,a large proportion of.Juice color value has the maximum weight and syrup color value of second principal components,and the index is positive effect the quality of sugar syrup.The value of pH and B sugar paste color third the principal component value Accounted for a large proportion of positive indicators,the establishment of a comprehensive score of white sugar intermediate products to verify the relationship between the quality of sugar and sugar refinery related indicators.(2)Study on Quality Control and Process Capability Index Analysis of Color Value of Intermediate.The juice color value in the production control chart,syrup color value,colour value.quality control,the sugar color value clarification,squeezing,evaporation,boiling sugar control production process,discrimination the process of the existence of controllable factors and is affected by the process.(3)Establish mathematical model of bagasse cane sugar.According to this kind of take away cane sugar,infiltration of water between the mixed juice volume regression analysis,index and bagasse cane sugar significantly.And take the model retest accuracy and application accuracy verification.
