SBBR technique(Sequencing Batch Reactor of submerged biofilm process) not only has the characteristics of sequencing batch technique but also the advantages of biofilm technology, which change the activated sludge into biofilm with carrier in the reactor on the base of SBR. This paper has researched the new type biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal of SBBR.The new technique that SBBR and N-SBR operates in series is adopted in the new type technique of SBBR, which both has the characteristics of sequencing batch and the advantages of biofilm. Aerobic Nitrification system in the postposition resolves the combat of sludge age between Nitrification germs and Polyphosphate-accumulating Bacterium , the high organic load impact to the Nitrification and the conflict between Denitrification and anaerobic releasing phosphorus of Polyphosphate-accumulating Bacterium; Both provided with characteristics of fixed stuff SBBR and microporous film SBBR, the test adopted the SBBR with a kind of hanging soft stuff similar with microporous film SBBR that has regular arrangement near the cliff which can be fixed by the puddler and the similarity of stuff texture and the mode of aeration.; the biofilm process is mainly applicable in low content domestic wastewater and easy for management and maintenance. This paper takes the domestic wastewater and simulated domestic wastewater of some dormitory in chongqing university as the treating object.The new type SBBR technique for the domestic wastewater treatment is an effective technology of nitrogen and phosphorus removal for that: it has a certain ability of resisting impact of t the water quality change. When the COD content arrange between 202.8~412.6mg/L, the average ratio of COD and NH4+-N removal capacity load separately are 81.4%,87.3%, and the TP content arrange between 4~8mg/L, less 1mg/L in outlet.Inducing an aerobic stage in the A2N operation process, it forms a renew A2ON operation system. Emphasized the point of view of nitrogen and phosphorus removal synchronous, the removal capacity load for COD, TP, TN and NH4+-N separately are87.2%, 92.5%, 95.0% and 81.9%, that prove the ability of nitrogen and phosphorus removal synchronous. The establishment of aerobic stage in SBBR is propitious to nitrogen and phosphorus removal, especially higher ratio of C/N. The optimized range...
