Polypropylene/Pre(MMA-co-HA) blends were prepared in this dissertation. Investigations on mechanism property, dynamic rheometer character parameters and phase structure of these polymer blends were carried out.The compound of acryloyl chloride was synthesized by benzoyl chlorid and crylic acid. Alkylacrylate was synthesized in toluene by hexadecanol and acryloyl chloride with triethylamine as catalyst. The H1-NMR spectrometer was employed to testify the presence of the hyexadecyl acrylate. The effects of molar ratio of the role materials, temperature, acryloyl chloride's dropping rates were discussed. In order to obtain the copolymer, bulk copolymerization of hexadecyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate were carried, the precopolymers were used for component of polymer blends.Scanning electronic microscope (SEM) has been employed to investigate phase structure of all these polymer blends. The melt mixing processes of these blends with different molar ratio, mixing times and different fractions were discussed by Small Angle Laser Scattering (SALS). Some character parameters of SALS (Integral invariant Q ; Correlation distance a c1 and a c2; the fractal dimension Dg , et al.) were used to discuss the mechanism of the phase dispersed.Polarizering microscope (POM) has been employed to investigate crystal phase structure of all these polymer blends. The Phase Contrast Microscopy (PCM) patterns in real space were transformed into patterns in wave-number space by 2-dimensional Fourier transformation (2DFT). Some character parameters of PCM (Correlation distance ac 2; the fractal dimension Dx , et al.) were used to discuss the mechanism of the crystal phase dispersed. The mechanical properties of the polymer blends were tested. The results proved that the molar ratio, mixing time and the content of the pre-copolymer would influence the final mechanical of the blends. The Impact Strength of the polymer blends were improved, but the Youngs Mouduls and Stress Strength were reduced. The dynamic rheometer has been employed to investigate rheological characteristics of all these polymer blends. Some character parameters of rheology (viscosityη*,storage modulus G ',loss modulus G ''and relaxation timeτx, et al) were used to discuss the mechanism of the rheological property.
