| In lots of industry fields such as metal making or chemical fiber production, there must use kinds of oils, such as coolant fluid or finishing oil because of the need of production procedure.So there produce much oil mist permeating whole workshop, which is harmful to people's health. There are evidences indicating that the oil mist can cause some diseases such as pneumonia, bronchitis, asthma and some kind of skin disease. So we must take measures to deal with this problem. This thesis is only concerning of the oil mist produced by finishing oil. In most of chemical fiber production workshop, there is air-conditioning system, which filter is usually common fiber-made filter. Filber-made filter has some disadvantages in such conditions, for example, it can cause repopulation and its pressure loss will be higher and higher with the use of air-conditining system. Metal fill is used widely such as evaporation colling and gas obsorption becasue of its execellent performance. We focus mainly on the performance of the metal-fill filter made and liquid spraying system in this paper. Because of the new style filtration's characteristic such as integrative procedure of washing and disengaging and relative low pressure loss and relative high filtration efficiency, the metal-fill filter has great predominance to eliminate the oil mist in chemical fiber production workshop than the common fiber-made filter.The experiment concering this paper is consist of two parts.First, the experiment target is the indoor-air. Second,the experiment target is the oil mist produced by finishing oil.Lastly we can draw a conclusion that metal-fill filter can be used in the chemical fiber production workshop to eliminate the oil mist substituting common fiber-made filter. |
