Fine dust has great dangers on human health and air quality.Toxic and hazardous substances can stay on the surface of dust and stay in the air for a long time,transport distance,because it has small particle size and large specific surface area.The fine dust(particle size less than 2.5?m)treatment effect of traditional dust removal technology is difficult to achieve the people's expectations.Therefore,to study how to purify fine dust in the atmosphere has a very important meaning and value.Currently,spray charging VW fiber grid filter dust removal technology has a wide range of applications,high purification efficiency,simple structure advantages to further improve fine dust treatment in the process of study,But how to improve the charge to mass ratio of the mist at the same time to achieve effective purification efficiency of fine dust,it remains to be further study.The spray charging VW fiber grid filter dust removal technology has been used for fine dust collecting experimental study on the setting up spray charging VW fiber dust filter grid experimental platform.First,the nozzle atomization characteristics include in atomization flow,spray angle,spray particle size and its distribution features were measured by volumetric method,Matlab binary image conversion analysis and microscopy.Then,analysis and comparison of the impact of dust removal efficiency means significant factors through the orthogonal experiment.Studied the mist of charged voltage characteristics,charge to mass ratio of mist,fog cloud charge current and other characteristics.At the same time,studied the effects of different electrode structure parameters on spray charge to mass ratio and inlet velocity,the number of prick,electric field strength,charge to mass ratio of mist on the efficiency of dust removal systematically.Finally,comparative analysis the dust collection efficiency of respirable dust with mist charged or not charged in the best conditions of experimental parameters.Analysis and study the related dust capture mechanism at the same time.The experiment results showed that atomization pressure 0.5Mpa,the nozzle atomization characteristics optimal.The various factors affect size of dust efficiency is the inlet wind speed > average electric field strength> discharge distance.The optimum mist charged spacing of this device is 80 mm.The dust removal efficiency was as high as 96.48%,respirable dust efficiency up to 93.38% when the nozzle pressure 0.5 Mpa,inlet wind speed 5.45 m/s,discharge spacing 80 mm,the electric field intensity 4.2 Kv/cm.Theoretical analysis and experimental studies showed that the charged mist filter dust vibrating wire fiber grid technology as a new composite efficient dust removal technology that can effectively deal with the purification of fine dust particles in the gas stream,especially in respirable dust removal.
