| As a part of the blast furnace production, the iron runner is the necessary passage that hot metal flows from the iron notch of blast furnace to hot metal ladle, hence endurance of the iron runner has direct relation with the well-balanced and ordered operation of the blast furnace. There are a lot of cause of inner lining damagement of the iron runner, which mostly consist of material quality of inner lining and underwashing of hot metal.The 1/20 organic glass model is established in the paper according to crude model of the iron runner of No.10 BF in Anshan of Anben. The impact of hot metal and the flowing state of hot metal in the iron runner are simulated by water. In simulation experiment, the hydraulic model experiment of the iron runner of pool iron, half-pool iron and non-pool iron is conducted through adjusting the batter of the iron runner according to different kinds of the iron runner about the modern blast furnace. And the paper compares the different feature about the different iron runner.In the paper, the time of waste water displaced in the different batter iron runner in course of iron tapping is known by the study on the time of waste water displaced in the iron runner. Smaller the batter, longer the displaced time, smaller the change of temperature of the iron runner, smaller the damage of the iron runner.The impacted state of different kinds of the iron runner and the affect that the inner lining is washed out by circulation flow of hot metal in the iron runner is pointed by measuring the point of fall and circle about hot metal on the iron runner in course of iron tapping and computing the vertical impacted velocity at the bottom of the iron runner.The results of measuring and computing the curve of the residence time shows the flowing state of hot metal in the iron runner. There are the piston flow, dead area and cycle area in the iron runner. The volume percent in these area is computed and contrasted with the inspective phenomenon. |
