Cold-rolling process is a important stage in Ti+P-IF steel manufacturing process,and cold rolling reduction is main parameter. The research of recrystallization microstructure change and texture evolution of Ti+P-IF steel in different cold rolled reductions have important theoretic and practical meaning.In this paper,two kinds of hot rolled (hot rolled in austenite and ferrite region)Ti+P-IF steel was studied,selected cross rolling and normal rolling as cold rolling mode, cold rolling reduction was used as the effect factor in cold deformation,then recrystallization annealing was carried out. The study was carried out on the basis of microstructure observation,TEM analysis and texture measurement .The cold rolled and recrystallization microstructure,texture evolution rule was discussed, the result of the experiment indicate:1. Cold rolled as normal rolling:(1) Ti+P-IF steel hot rolled in ferrite region,the size of annealing grain diminishes with cold rolled reductions increasing from 30% to 70%, the size of annealing grain increases with cold rolled reductions increasing from 70% to 90%,in 70% cold rolled reduction, the minimum grain(11μm) was obtained; when hot rolled in austenite region, the size of annealing grain diminishes with cold rolled reductions increasing, the cold rolled reduction exceeding 70%,the decreasing of grain size was not big,between 5μm and 10μm.(2) Ti+P-IF steel in the same cold rolled reductions,the second phase particles in annealing samples which hot rolled in ferrite region are bigger than that hot rolled in austenite region.(3) Ti+P-IF steel hot rolled in ferrite region and austenite region, the evolution rule of cold deformation texture and recrystallization texture with the increasing of cold rolling reduction: 2. Cold rolled as cross rolling:(1) Ti+P-IF steel hot rolled in ferrite and austenite region, the size of annealing grain diminishes with cross cold rolling reductions increasing; in the same cold rolled reduction, the grain size in annealing samples which hot rolled in ferrite region is bigger than that hot rolled in austenite region.(2) Ti+P-IF steel after two kinds of hot rolled, the second phase particles in annealing samples are the most crassitude in 70% cross cold rolled reduction; and in the same reduction, the second phase particles in annealing samples which hot rolled in austenite region are bigger than that hot rolled in ferrite region.(3) Ti+P-IF steel hot rolled in ferrite region and austenite region, the evolution rule of cold deformation texture and recrystallization texture with the increasing of cross cold rolling reduction:...
