Transferation metal sulfide raises concerns because of its latent applied value in the semiconductor, given out light device and supper conductor. Nano-meter material shows different special function compared with the bulk material. As a new experiment, the continuous-orderly-dynamic-micro-liquid-mixing method provided by the research group leaded by YingyanZhou in recent years was first adopted to prepare the two nanopowders. And the result is satisfying.Photo catalytic oxidation technique is a very active field in the catalysis discipline in recent years. Under room temperature and press reaction conditions, photo catalysis is capable of degrading almost all pollutants using the pollutants themselves or the derivatives from water and air as active oxidants. This thesis makes use of nano-sized ZnS catalyzer to degrade methylene blue. We have gained better effect. In the subject, the following research work has mainly been done :1. Nano-sized CuS,PbS and ZnS have been prepared through the continous-orderly-dynamic-micro-liquid-agglomerate-mixing method and characterized with TEM and XRD.2. And the effect of concentration of solution, ratio of metal iron and precipitant, speed of mixing and content of desperation on the morphology and the grain size of nanocrystal were studied systematically.3. The effect of photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue was studied on the laboratory scale in this thesis. The influence factors on the rate of photocatalytic degradation such as catalyst dosage, initial concentration of the methylene blue solution, time on shine and diecharge of the air were investigated in detail. The experimental results indicate that nano-sized ZnS photocatalytic technology is really used to degrade methyl orange and the rate of discoloration 93% has been got.4. At the same time, the mechanism of photo catalytic degradation of methylene blue has been discussed.
