| The machining after print is keeping on developing with the Vigorous development of print industry. And it's necessary to ameliorate the diecutting machine which plays an important role in the print machining industry. Many techniques on domestic diecutting machine have already owned high levels and we also have quite a lot of famous companies such as Shanghai Yawi, Tangshan Yuyin and so on. But when compared with the same kinds abroad, the technical parameters like precision and velocity are still not developed.There are many studies about diecutting machine which focus on the main part. And the relative studies on the scrape-clearing are not occupied. The present thesis is the result of efforts devoted to the study which basis on the diecutting machine from Yahua Printing Machinery Co. Ltd on the analysis of the whole scrape-clearing.The thesis is developed in four parts which are studied on the basic of calculations, amelioration, comparison.Due to the scrap-clearing mechanism's dynamical source is a cam, software Matlab is used to confirm the outline of the cam. Then on the basis of Lagrange functions, the result that the acceleration's wave is not continued is found.In fact the reason of the invalidation of the parts is not the dehiscence but the move parts and the connect mechanism's wears. It's said that 80% of the parts invalidation dues to the wears. To make the analysis completely and exactly, frictions must be considered into the calculations of the equation which based on the D'Alembert theory and iterative calculations is used.The method of mechanism creative design is used to ameliorate the structure of the scrape-clearing. A new notion about four springs for the new mechanism is accomplished.To ameliorate the cam's outline, quintic is used to reconfirm the outline of the cam to get the acceleration's wave become continuing.
