Design And Implementation Of Electronic Yarn Clearer

As people increasingly high demand for yarn quality, clear yarn has become an indispensable element in textile processes. Electronic yarn clearer could effectively cut off yarn, greatly improving the yarn quality. In this paper, we designed an infrared photoelectric-type electronic yarn clearer system.Firstly, we introduce techniques of electronic yarn clearer. Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of capacitor-type electronic yarn clearer and optic-electronic yarn clearer, finally, we choose selection of optic-electronic yarn clearer.Then we introduce hardware circuit design of electronic yarn clearer. It includes infrared photoelectric sensor circuit, yarn differential circuit, communication power supply circuit, and three circuit boards. Infrared photoelectric sensor circuit includes infrared sensor drive circuits; Yarn differential circuits include filtering, amplifiers, communication circuits, circuit cut yarn; communication power supply board includes communication and power management circuits.Then we introduce embedded software design of electronic yarn clearer. It includes sampling program, filtering program, adjusting benchmark program, yarn, yarn adaptive programs, yarn defects identification procedures, ash compensation procedures, compensation programs, hot-plug procedures,485 communication program.At last, we introduced electronic yarn clearer debugging situations, debugging and commissioning of two environments in the laboratory testing results.Electronic yarn clearer in this article is based on an infrared optical spectroscopy, can be applied to complex double twisting machine, spinning and other machine models, used to detect wire broken off one or two line a silk textile as well as cotton NEPs, thick and fine knots of yarn faults in real-time.Design of electronic yarn cleaner on compound twisting machine through a series of tests, the identification of wire broken off one or two line with good results.
