Cryogenic liquid fluids are widely used in some huge science projects, which usually have very special demands of the purity of those cryogenic liquid fluids. This study focuses on how to obtain highly purified cryogenic liquid fluids (the percentage of purity >99.999%) which satisfies the demands of CGSE system. The characteristics of the cryogenic filter used in CGSE system are studied.This study is based on the usage of engineering project. It uses theoretical analysis and experimental observation to study the characteristics of the cryogenic filter. During experiment, the experimental platform which is used to simulate the real CGSE system is build and the experiment data are recorded by many recording instruments.
