Analysis the sintered mixture and erode mixture by XRD and metallograph, result of mechanism of prevent penetrate and prescription.Result show: The mixture composed with three grades can get compact piled when coarse particle content rang from 35～60%,middle particle content rang from 20～35%,tiny particle content rang from 20～30%.the more tiny particle content in mixture the bigger of cilence angle. added water into mixture can decrease the piled density deeply when litter water content in mixture. boric acid,clay and K-feldspar as sinter, the initial sinter temperature is 700℃,800℃and 800℃,but sinter at temperature rang from 900～1000℃,the clay decompose decrease the strength of mixture. sodium hexametaphosphate react with MgO produce a chain subject increase the strength of mixture. The sinter temperature range from 1100 to 1300℃when microsilicon as sinter, above 1300℃,microsilicon was melted, the porosity increase the refractoriness decrease. Magnesia and kyanite as expansion addition, the effect temperature is1300℃and 1400℃, K-feldspar can react with electrolyte produce aluminate fluoride and nepheline with high viscosity, these subject can resistance electrolyte penetrate and erode. Melted quartz can be melted when touch with electrolyte become viscous glass resistance electrolyte penetrate and erode.The dry aluminium bauxite mixture with addition added can decrease the cost of factory,it's property super than home prduct..
