Study On The Synthesis Of Trifloxystrobin And Its Preparations

Trifloxystrobin is a new type of fungicides,which has the advantages of hing-effect,low-toxicity and so on.This dissertation is to study the green chemical technology of synthesis of the trifloxystrobin and its preparations,and study the degradation of trifloxystronbin and its preparations. It is very significant to develop fluorine-containing fungicide which has high activity and low toxicity in order to improve the structure of fungiside in our country and decrease the effect to the environments.Trifloxystrobin is obtained starting from substituted acetophenone, via oxidation with potassium permanganate in alkaline solution, esterification with methanol, reaction with methoxyamine, bromization and condensation.Through change the conditions of each reaction, we get the best synthesis process of trifloxystrobin and achieve the goal of green chemistry.On the base of the synthesis of the trifloxystrobin,the preparations of trifloxystrobin were studied,including Water Dispersible Granules (WDG) and β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) inclusion complexes. The stability and solubility of trifloxystrobin were increased when the trifloxystrobin's preparations were researched.We got good effects by examing the biological activities of the trifloxystrobin's preparations.
