There are mainly two parts in this paper.1.The preparation and characteristic of CexZr1-xO2 with high specific surface area; 2.The preparation and property study of tin oxide. The abstract is as follows:Pyrolysis method is widely used in the preparation of Ce-Zr complex oxides. In this paper, they were prepared by using cerium and zirconium carbonate as raw materials while citric acid or oxalic acid as the additive. The precusor, which was a pulp, was sintered after hydrothermal treatment, therefore, CexZr1-xO2 with high specific surface area(sintered at 980℃ for 1 hour and the specific surface area is over17 m2.g-1 ) were abtained.Antimony-doped tin oxide(ATO) was prepared by the precipitation method with SnCl4·5H2O and SbCl3 as raw materials. After calcination, obtained powders indicated that they were tetragonal rutile phase and the electrical resistivity was 1.66 Ω · cm.Nonstoichiometric tin oxide was prepared by the precipitation method with the precursor of SnCl4·5H2O solution, while oxalic acid as the additive. After sintered under nitrogen atmosphere, obtained products indicated that they had outstanding electromagnetic interference shielding performance. In this paper, the thermal analysis of precursors was mainly discussed. And we also characterized the products in BET, IR, XRD, electrical resistivity, density, and electromagnetic interference shielding performance, etc. The results indicated that the products had outstanding performance and bright prospect of application.
